Today’s live class with Manouso was like coming home. After a month of not teaching live, Manouso went back to the basics–just pure, sweet Iyengar yoga like he learned from his teacher, BKS Iyengar. So grateful for the Abode of Iyengar Yoga. Happy New Year!
